Yesterday we ran JazzCode Live in Boston for an internal event for the leading global management consulting firm. Incredible players - Bruno Raberg (b), Rebecca Cline (p) and Phil Grenadier (trp) and a wonderful audience. They had asked me spesifically to talk about how we build relationships under pressure, and to explain the JazzCode model which explains how to create presence and good listening by helping others feel safe, help them simplify, help them with their skills and help motivate them through listening to them. This was also the theme for the breakouts we had following the performance.
